Refund policy

Commodor Star Beauty complies with U.A.E Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Return Eligibility

Items purchased from Commodor Star may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused.

  • It must be in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Nail polish products (no returns allowed)

Damaged or Defective Items

Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced on a priority basis.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Note that some banks require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
