By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These terms ensure both parties understand and accept the conditions of service.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory on our website. If a discrepancy occurs and an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to choose between waiting for restock or receiving a refund for the out-of-stock item.
2. Orders & Fulfillment
Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEDT (UTC+11) are shipped the same day; otherwise, they are shipped on the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
3. Delivery Address Changes
Customers may request a change of delivery address any time before the order has been dispatched.
4. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it when possible and notify our customer service.
If the parcel is delivered without your presence and arrives damaged, please contact us for next steps.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.
6. Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
